Shipping policy

All orders that are in stock are processed, packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. If your item is out of stock we will ship your product as soon as it is back in stock. We will keep you notified through the process. We will ship your order via usps to ensure quick delivery. If you should need your order expedited please contact [email protected]. Standard rates apply for those options.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a tracking #. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking # to update. If you do not receive your tracking # within the given time frame, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

Claims for missing/damaged product must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact [email protected] and include pictures of the damaged items/packaging.

30 day returns:

We know that you will be completely satisfied with your rogue-ops purchase, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply return your product within 30 days of your purchase date for a complete refund.

Contact [email protected] to receive a shipping label. Please ship back in the original packaging with the return label that we provide and we will refund your purchase to your original payment method. Note: all return costs will be deducted from your purchase amount.
